💡 What I Learned
This project reminded me why I design. Beyond usability and aesthetics, great products can create opportunity, dignity, and empowerment. Designing with empathy — and in close contact with real users — allowed us to deliver not just a functional experience, but one that changed lives during a difficult time. It's one of the projects I’m most proud of.
